We are committed to giving you the best possible price and service. However, as much as we strive to compare our prices against those of our competitors, you might find one who is offering a lower price on a particular item. Upon request, we will try to match or beat that price. We will research the information and contact you to let you know if we can match or lower the price. Please note that we cannot guarantee a price match or better price but if possible, we will do our very best to meet your needs. We will not be responsible for prices that are typographical errors, closeout offers, discounted items, “not normally in stock items”, and other special circumstances and offers.

Payment Options:

Payment will be completed through the PayPal system for approved countries. PayPal accepts all major credit cards. We also accept money orders denominated in U.S. dollars only. If paying by personal check or money order, your order will be delayed until funds clear before we can ship the goods. Any international orders must be pre-paid in full in U.S. funds with a cashier’s check drawn on a U.S. bank.

Minimum Order: $300.00

Privacy Policy:

The information we collect for you is to process orders. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We will not share any of your information. Your email address will not be given to any other party. We will email you with regard to your order(s), to inform you of any changes in our services and also to keep you posted on any special offers or new merchandise that has arrived.

Exception: We may share information with government agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.

Returns and Exchanges:

Any defective items can be returned and will be replaced, exchanged or store credit only. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will be responsible for return shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. Before returning any item, you must contact us via email or by phone to receive a return authorization number (RAN). You must repackage the item(s) in its original format, carton and boxes. The return authorization number must be clearly marked outside the package. Any packages received without this number will be refused.

If we shipped an incorrect item, we will pay for all shipping charges and the correct item will be shipped to you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Items that are brand new, unused, and unopened will be refunded, exchanged or store credit. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. You must repackage the item(s) in its original format, carton or box.

Due to their special nature involving issues such as hygiene and Jewish Law, the following items will be considered final sales, no refund, replacement, exchange or credit issued, these include but are not limited to:

– mezuzah parchments
– tefillins
– etrog and lulav, because of their perishable nature and our need to pre-order
– custom imprinted products unless the reason for return is a result of our error

Cancellations:

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us by either e-mailing or calling us within the same business day that the order was placed in order to cancel it free of any charges. After the full business day, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop your order from shipping. If we are unable to stop the process, you will be liable for all shipping and handling charges both outbound and return. Orders that are placed on weekends or weeknights must be cancelled by the end of the next business day.

Shipping Information:

Rates are based on package weight, dimensions, country and choice of shipping method. We offer drop-shipping services. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

U.S. Orders:

All goods will be shipped either by FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. If preferred, you can provide us with your shipping account number. If another service is specifically requested by the client, shipping will be charged at our cost.

International Orders Including Canada:

Shipping will be charged at our cost. We will notify you via email what your shipping charges will be prior to processing your order.

Special Note About UPS or FedEx for Canada and Worldwide

Separate fees, charged by UPS or FedEx may be incurred. These fees, which are collected on behalf of the respective country of the customer by the courier, covers import fees, GST taxes, and other import-related charges that are charged to the couriers. We are not responsible for and have no control over these fees and charges and cannot estimate what they may be.

Shipping Schedule:

If items you ordered are stocked, we make every attempt to ship your package within 48 hours of receiving your order, however even though the online store remains open, we observe Jewish Sabbath and holidays and therefore we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or Jewish holidays. If the items are not currently in stock, it may take between 1-6 weeks to ship your package. Please allow several weeks for shipment of special or large orders.
